Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Dr. Smitka came to chiropractic care through a deeply personal journey — watching his mother endure repeated failed back surgeries sparked a lifelong conviction that the body deserves a better path to healing.
Dr. Smitka is passionate about holistic health and the remarkable, innate ability the human body has to heal itself when given the right support. Through chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, acupuncture, and personalized lifestyle and home health guidance, he works alongside his patients to facilitate that healing from the inside out.
When he's not in the office, Dr. Smitka is most at home with his wife and two children — the heart of everything he does.
