Your first consultation with the doctor is complimentary. We will review your health history, discuss your goals, and explain next steps before any treatment decisions are made.
Choose the scheduling option that fits your needs:
Monday: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Thursday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday: Closed
Your first visit includes a conversation about your health concerns, a review of your history, and an evaluation so we can build a care plan specific to your goals.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork and settle in before your consultation begins.
Bring a photo ID, insurance card, and a list of current medications and symptoms so we can make your intake process as smooth as possible.
